The location in the new area Dubai South is strategically located next to the airport and main business areas. It felt like being at the center of a bustling hive, with easy access to everything. I had the convenience of reaching the airport in a jiffy and exploring the city without any hassle.

New facility with clean and trendy furniture. Helpful and charming staff, especially Akit, Abby, Linn, Guru. Good breakfast with wide options. Parking available in the basement. Quiet and comfortable location for a retreat.

The hotel is convenient for those visiting Dubai Expo site and is located near to the airport. Although it has a nice and clean ambiance, it's away from the other city attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are incomplete, with stained sheets, dirty towels, and broken televisions. The hotel smells of dampness, and the lifts sometimes get stuck.

The room was super cozy with a great view, making it so easy to chillax after a long day of exploring! The bed was like a fluffy cloud, and the bathroom felt so luxurious! It was just what I needed to recharge my batteries.

The lighting in the bathroom was a tad dim for my liking.

Our family had an amazing time visiting the mesmerizing Dubai Mall aquarium, stepping away from the hotel. We were captivated by the stunning marine life on display, and the skyline view of the city of Dubai was absolutely breathtaking. It was a truly unforgettable experience for all of us.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience by offering more kid-friendly dining options. For dads, it would be great to have designated play areas for children.

We enjoyed staying at this venue as it was close to the expo site but far away from Dubai airport. The room service was excellent, and the staffs were welcoming and well-trained. We also had a variety of amenities provided, including 24-hour room service, pool access, and car hire. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service was convenient for our travels.

I keep returning for a city break. The staff once helped me find a currency exchange. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, late check-in, 24-hour room service, spa, fitness studio, and more. It suits me perfectly, always meeting my needs.
